Terms of Service and Order Policy

These terms cover your use of scribblestash and your orders for printed books. snakesforeyes ("we", "us") operates scribblestash.

Your account and content

You must be an adult to create an account. You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store, process and print them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add.

Printed books

Collecting and organising artwork in the app is free. A printed book is a paid, made-to-order product. You review a preview of the book and approve it before you pay. The price depends on the number of pages in your book plus shipping to your address. The exact total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

Production and shipping

Books are printed and shipped by our print partner, Lulu. Production and delivery usually take about 2 weeks after you approve your order. We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because every book is custom-made from your own artwork, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been sent to print and books cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or does not match the preview you approved, contact us at lucycarp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you.

Acceptable use

Do not use scribblestash to upload unlawful content, content you have no right to use, or anything that infringes the rights of others.

Changes and liability

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
